I. Overview
This product is an extra-large, high-density rigid PVC solid sheet, specifically designed for demanding industrial corrosion protection and structural applications. Standard dimensions are 1700mm wide and 7800mm long, with thickness customizable to project requirements (typically 15-50mm).
Its core purpose is as a structural main body material for large-scale, all-plastic corrosion-resistant equipment (such as hydrometallurgical extraction tanks, chemical storage tanks, electroplating tanks, etc.). By providing sheets far exceeding conventional sizes, it aims to fundamentally reduce the number of welds and joints during equipment manufacturing, thereby significantly improving the overall sealing reliability, structural strength, and service life of the equipment. It is a key engineering material for solving the corrosion protection challenges of equipment in large-area, highly corrosive environments.
II. Production Process
Production Process: Raw material mixing → Extrusion/calendering into substrate → Overlaying and combining with decorative layer, wear-resistant layer, and balancing layer → Feeding into a multi-layer hot press for lamination and fusion under high temperature (approximately 160-200°C) and high pressure → Cooling → Cutting → Finished product.

Welds are the weakest points in corrosion-resistant equipment, making them the most vulnerable to failure. Weather Resistant and Anti-Aging: The added UV-resistant components allow for long-term outdoor use.
Flame Retardant and Insulating: Typically self-extinguishing and with good electrical insulation.
Smooth Surface: Not prone to scaling, easy to clean and maintain, reducing material residue and contamination.
