I. Overview
PVC laminate, also known as polyvinyl chloride laminate, is a high-performance sheet material made primarily from polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), with added stabilizers, fillers, colorants, and other auxiliary materials, through a high-temperature, high-pressure lamination process. Its dimensions are basically fixed and cannot exceed the press dimensions, but sheets produced under high temperature and pressure typically have higher parameters than extruded sheets.
II. Production Process
Production Process: Raw material mixing → Extrusion/calendering into substrate → Overlaying with decorative layer, wear-resistant layer, and balancing layer → Feeding into a multi-layer hot press for lamination and fusion at high temperature (approximately 160-200°C) and high pressure → Cooling → Cutting → Finished product.

Using a hot air welding gun and homogeneous welding rods, multiple sheets can be seamlessly welded into sealed containers (such as small tanks and ducts), with weld strength approaching that of the base material, ensuring continuous corrosion protection.
Multi-functional Application Adaptability:
Industrial Corrosion Protection: The most commonly used material for manufacturing small electrolytic cells, electroplating tanks, pickling tank liners, chemical equipment protective covers, and corrosion-resistant flooring.
