I. Overview

Recycled PVC-U sheets, also known as recycled rigid polyvinyl chloride sheets, are a new type of environmentally friendly sheet material made from recycled PVC products (such as door and window profiles, pipes, sheets, etc.) that have undergone strict sorting, cleaning, crushing, and regranulation as the main raw material. Necessary stabilizers and modifiers are added, and the sheets are manufactured through extrusion or lamination processes.

It inherits the excellent physicochemical properties of virgin PVC-U materials, while significantly reducing raw material costs and environmental impact through resource recycling. It is an important product under the concepts of green building and circular economy.

II. Core Production Process

Recycling and Sorting → Cleaning and Crushing → Melt Granulation → Formula Modification → Molding Processing

Recycling and Sorting: Collect waste PVC products, finely sort them, and remove impurities.

Cleaning and Crushing: After deep cleaning, crush into clean fragments of uniform size.

Melt Granulation: The fragments are melted, filtered, and extruded to produce recycled PVC granules.

Formula Modification: Add new resins, stabilizers, etc., to the recycled granules to improve and stabilize product performance.

Molding and Processing: The modified material is extruded and ultimately processed into sheets of specified dimensions.

III. Core Product Features

Cost Advantage: Significantly reduced raw material costs make the finished product highly competitive in the market.

Reliable Performance: Retains the basic properties of PVC-U materials, such as waterproofing, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to deformation.

Recyclable: The product itself can be recycled at the end of its life cycle, achieving a closed-loop cycle.

Performance Fluctuations: Its mechanical strength (such as impact resistance and tensile strength) is generally slightly lower than that of high-quality PVC-U sheets made from 100% virgin materials, but through reasonable formulation design and quality control, it can meet the requirements of most common applications.
