Virgin material extruded PVC sheets are solid, rigid sheets produced from 100% virgin polyvinyl chloride resin through a continuous extrusion process. This product differs from recycled sheets made from recycled materials, offering significant advantages in material properties, appearance quality, and long-term stability. It is widely used in industrial corrosion protection, architectural decoration, advertising production, and transportation.


II. Production Process

The continuous production process for virgin material extruded PVC sheets is as follows: Raw material selection and proportioning → High-temperature mixing and plasticizing → Wide-width extrusion through a die → Three-roll calendering and shaping → Gradient cooling and curing → CNC traction and length setting → Lamination and cutting of finished products. The entire process is automated, resulting in seamless, one-piece molding.

While the width and thickness of the extruded sheet are limited by the die, the length is unlimited through the continuous extrusion process, completely breaking through the dimensional constraints of fixed hot press specifications for laminates.
