Virgin material extruded PVC sheets are solid, rigid sheets produced from 100% virgin polyvinyl chloride resin through a continuous extrusion process. II. Production Process
The continuous production process for virgin material extruded PVC sheets is as follows: Raw material selection and proportioning → High-temperature mixing and plasticizing → Wide-width extrusion through a die → Three-roll calendering and shaping → Gradient cooling and curing → CNC traction and length setting → Lamination and cutting of finished products. The entire process is automated, resulting in seamless, one-piece molding.
